Beth Anne has proudly called Fairhope home since 1999. After relocating from Montgomery, she and her family quickly fell in love with the charm of small-town life. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and a vibrant local community, Fairhope felt like home from day one.

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Beth Anne began her marketing career with Gayfers, where a college internship turned into a full-time role until the company was sold in 1998. Eager for a new challenge along the Eastern Shore, she launched The Eat Beat—a marketing network dedicated to promoting the local food and entertainment scene. Though the pandemic brought an unexpected pause to the project, Beth Anne pivoted seamlessly into vacation rental property management. She quickly mastered online booking platforms and elevated guest services, building strong, lasting relationships with property owners across the country.

With a strong foundation in marketing and entrepreneurship, Beth Anne found a natural next step in real estate. Today, she brings her deep knowledge and polished skills to Residential, Commercial, and Investment properties.
